Tap Menu , then the Settings wheel
Tap on Sound.
Select the English (US) – Star Wars C-3PO, R2-D2 and BB-8 voice prompt from the list available under Voice Language.

Download the free Waze app here.
Tap the Menu icon  and then the Settings wheel 
Tap on General.
